The products listed on the site with models, colors and sizes are not updated in real time on Saturdays and Sundays. Therefore, in the event of an order, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to you, but it is not bound by availability. In the event of a missing product, you will be offered an alternative item or different delivery times.

Delivery of "available" catalog items: 48 hours from order for payment by credit card, 48 hours from receipt of credit, 72 hours for payment by bank transfer.
For items "by reservation" delivery times 10/20 days after advance payment.
The prices of the material are to be considered ex works. headquarters and are inclusive of VAT. No minimum order is required.

Xenith and MM products are backed by a money back guarantee. They may be replaced, within 7 days of receipt of the product, to be replaced with a product of equal value and a different size and/or colour. For all other brands, once ordered it cannot be replaced, therefore the CUSTOMER is advised to pay attention to what is ordered especially in sizes and colors.

All orders must be paid in advance either by credit card or by bank transfer.
For unavailable items, you will be notified by email after your request on the day of availability in order to proceed with payment and subsequent shipment.

With Poste Italiane 3/5 days, With express courier in 24/48 hours from shipment. The products can also be collected on site at CERAMIX sas in Mariano Comense (CO) Via Santa Caterina da Siena, 22, by order and by appointment.


In case of receipt of non-compliant or defective products, the CUSTOMER has the right to request the replacement of the product. Il CUSTOMER can exercise this right if the defect occurs upon delivery of the goods and reports the defect to CERAMIX sas within 14 days of discovery.
Subsequently, the CUSTOMER should send an e-mail to our customer service specifying the order number.

CERAMIX sas, in case the real defect or non-conformity of the product,  will be communicated if the same product can be replaced according to the availability of size and color requested.

All expenses for the replacement will be borne by the CUSTOMER.

For large volume products such as helmets, shoulder pads, shoes not branded Xenith or MM, they can be replaced with other sizes or colors, only if THE CUSTOMER bears 20% of the value for the product replacement procedure, the request must be forwarded by mail to

In case of withdrawal for the reasons indicated above CERAMIX sas will not refund the customer of the amount paid, but eventually a voucher will be issued to be spent within 12 months of purchase, minus 20% of costs reimbursement procedure on non-branded Xenith and MM products.

If you withdraw from this contract, you will be granted a voucher of the same amount, minus the return/replacement procedure costs.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The costs of returning the goods are at your expense.

In the event that the customer, for his personal reasons, is unable to have the product ordered delivered by the courier or is not in a position to collect the product from the collection points, subject to communication from the courier himself, the shipping costs are at his sole expense. and if the product can be refunded (see withdrawal exclusions) the shipping costs will be deducted.


The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases provided for by article 59 of the Consumer Code:

1)  the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized;
2)  the supply of sealed goods which do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic or health protection reasons and which have been opened after delivery such as: undergarments, shells, mouthguards, protectors, socks , underwear or other items which hygiene generates a problem.

3) products that have been ordered exclusively for the CUSTOMER following his specific indication by means of messages or emails.
